The Shores at Tranquility, formerly Antigua Bay, starts land clearing for new community along river

Land clearing has started on a 228 acre property near the NASA Causeway and US1.

The development, Tranquility Bay, is Phase 1 of a larger plan to develop the property.

Current land clearing is for Phase 1 of the project, which includes 97 waterfront homes sites with 62 of those having direct river access, amenity center and an open space area for walking trails

Lots in the development are starting at $179,880, according the the website.
